2. Complete Provided Claim Forms
3. Provide claim form and required documents to [email protected]

4. An independent assessor will be appointed

a. If the claim is accepted, you will be advised of the authorisation and the excess which applies. The repair costs will be settled directly to the repairer less the excess amount which you will pay to the repairer at the time of collection
b. If further information is required Affinity will contact you.

Required Documents

1. Completed Claim Form including bank details

2. Repair Quote (including photos of the damage)

3. Image of Registration Plate and VIN Plate of the float/gooseneck

4. In the event of a total loss:

• • • Copy of registration papers
    • Purchase receipt/invoice

The above documents are required in order for your claim to be assessed. If they are not provided it may lead to a delay in assessing your claim.
